About
My name is Irene Alvarez
I'm a dancer and physiotherapist and most of my life is dedicated to the investigation of body movement and creation through it.
I share my experience and knowledge through workshops, performances, therapies and the creation of festivals and events.
​
My main goals in this life are:
- To bring people into a closer relationship to their bodies unfolding the power that resides in a healthy and conscious body.
- To bring Joy and Beauty, inspiring human beings to trust in their creativity and self expression.
- To provide safe spaces where we can feel free to be authentic, to share knowledge and experiences that nourish our beings, to celebrate together as the tribe we are.
