In a suitable space, we empty the mind, to inhabit the whole body. We awake the conscious of the body and its movement, the presence and the dialogue, from inside of ourselves to the relation with the others. By meditation, breathing, open regard and energetic practices (as yoga, Chi-kung applied to dance) we awake physicality, filling of sense every movement. Technical work of dance developed by internal and external perceptions, from the inertia, gravity, spirals, axis and directions. From the pause to the expansion/blossoming/explosion of movement. Contact and interaction with the others and the space, happens consciously, in a sensitive approach, diving more and more in a creative process. By group dynamics, between choreographic structures and improvisation, exploring new qualities into the performative act, we develop the ability to create in the present moment, with the magic unpredictable state of presence. A state that integrates, rootes, unifies and open us.

En un ambiente propício procuramos un vacío mental que nos permita habitar el cuerpo por entero. Despertamos la consciencia del cuerpo y de su movimento, de la presencia y del diálogo, de la búsqueda interior a la relación con el otro. Con la ayuda de herramientas como la meditación, la respiración, la mirada integral y diversas prácticas energéticas (como yoga o chi kung aplicados a la danza), despertamos nuestra fisicalidad y llenamos de sentido cada movimiento. El trabajo técnico de danza se desenvuelve desde percepciones internas y externas, desde la inercia, el viaje del peso, las espirales, los ejes y las direcciones. Desde la pausa a la expansión/florecimiento/explosión de movimiento. El contacto y la interacción con los otros y el espacio, acontece de una forma consciente, sensitiva, profundizando en un proceso cada vez mas creativo. Cuidando la relación y las dinámicas de grupo, entre estructuras coreográficas e improvisación, explorando nuevas cualidades en la acción performativa, desarrollamos la capacidad de crear en tiempo presente, rescatando la imprevisibilidad mágica del estado de Presencia.Un estado que nos integra, enraíza, unifica y abre.
